By placing an order, you agree to receive our products and services under these terms.
Ordering and Delivery
- Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or by email.
- We offer flexible delivery schedules to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We service the Las Vegas, Nevada, area.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Tahoe Springs Water is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery, please notify us in advance to reschedule. Additional fees may apply for missed deliveries or rescheduling without prior notice.
Billing and Payment
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.
- Your billing cycle is based on the frequency of your water deliveries. You will be charged according to the selected plan or one-time purchase.
- If payments are not received within the specified time, a late fee may be applied. Tahoe Springs Water reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.
SMS notification:
- Our office will communicate with you through text message to remind you of you upcoming appointment and also send you a booking confirmation.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds may be issued for products that arrive damaged or are otherwise faulty. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Orders can be canceled at no cost if done before the delivery has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are subject to a delivery fee.
Product Use and Safety
- Our water is sourced and processed according to strict safety and quality standards. Please follow the recommended storage and handling instructions provided.
- Customers with specific health conditions or allergies should consult with a healthcare provider before consuming our products.
Limitation of Liability
